Sorry about that. Some users find this deletion a bit too harsh. this IP seems to be not pleased with the use of "roñfl" which means "oger" to translate "troll" in the internet meaning. Yes, I agree wit the peacefully discussion, I (and another Steward) already blocked them, but they have already changed IP several times, I can also block them all, no problem for me, but it all depends on their behavior! They even called me stupid on my talk :) They obviously couldn't delete and recreate the article, when it can be just moved to the right title, also for history reason (otherwise the authorship of the contributions is lost and there could be copyright issues)! @Lekemok: Appointing local sysop is the best solution imho! Until this is done you can contact me or any other global sysop for everything :) Btw, I believe that evading block should not be tolerated, these are behaviors that undermine the serenity of the project and the IP should immediately be blocked where they change IP (if you agree)!
